If you have received your order and realise you have either made a mistake and ordered the wrong size or we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong size, you can organise a replacement in just a few simple steps.
Simply visit our Returns portal, locate your order and select the correct size product. Once we have received your return, your replacement will be sent in just a couple of days.
If you have sent your order back and are expecting a refund, this is usually processed within 3 working days after we receive it. Your refund is then credited to your bank within 3-5 working days (standard UK bank timeframe).
Once we receive your returned order, we'll process your replacement immediately and this will be sent to you within 2-3 days.
